Commercial Center Management

Neighborhood commercial centers meet fundamental needs of neighborhood residents in fields of complementary shopping, community medicine and leisure centers. Most neighborhood commercial centers include a supermarket, a pharmacy, clinics (in particular pediatrics, general practices and a nurse), a café and/or neighborhood bakery and a hairdresser. Different centers offer a different array of businesses according to the neighborhood’s location and nature.

Nowadays, neighborhood commercial centers are constructed with less public and joint areas, planning which facilitates tenants’ management fees. In addition, there is a division of commercial areas into smaller units (between 25 and 100 square meters), and parking is on top or arranged at the front of the center.

The management method of these centers is unique, and Natoon Management guarantees adapting the maintenance plan to the character and needs of each neighborhood commercial center, as well as the character and needs of the neighborhood in which it is located.

Natoon Management operates in collaboration with the entrepreneur and/or the owner of the neighborhood commercial center in order to create the most appropriate management and maintenance array for the center. Our goal is double: correct and effective maintenance of the center for the welfare of tenants/residents, and achieving the highest possible yield in order to turn the center into a source of profit for the owners. Efficient management of the commercial center leads to an increase in the number of visitors, makes its assets wanted by owners of existing and potential assets, thus resulting in an increase in the average rent of the center’s assets.
